Since 2016, Laura Clark has been the license holder for Miss Earth in the United States. Serving 25 years in the pageant, performance and entertainment industry, Laura has been recognized two consecutive years as Best Director by the Global Beauty Awards. She has held positions with the Miss United States Organization, Miss World America, the National Football League, Universal Dance Association and the International Ms pageant. Laura spent a decade as a full time choreographer and game day entertainment director for professional and collegiate sports teams. After earning the title of Ms. United States 2011, she launched a career in pageantry. Under Laura's leadership, USA ranked 2nd Runner Up Miss World, 1st Runner Up Miss Earth and won the elusive Miss Earth title in 2020. Laura dedicated six years cheering in the National Football League. Her favorite time as an NFL cheerleader was performing for the U.S. military in eight countries. She also appeared on CMT's Making the Team as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Semifinalist. She holds a bachelor's degree in public communication with a minor in political science, is a certified Climate Reality Leader and recently held a diplomatic pass to the United Nations in Switzerland. In 2022, Laura co-founded the Still She Rose nonprofit mental health initiative, aiming to inspire action and education in transparency, inclusivity and wellness in the pageant industry. In 2024, Laura joined the administrative team of the Queen Beauty Network as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where she produces original content and live productions in the industry of beauty, fashion and pageantry. Laura, her husband and two children are based in Chicago.

Ariel is originally from Southern California, attended college in Washington DC, and now resides in Arizona. For many years, she has worked as a Healthcare Administrator in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. A veteran in the pageantry for over 15 years, Ariel has competed in various systems including USA, United States, Teen America and Teen World. She was previously Miss Teen Arizona World 2007, Miss North Phoenix Teen America 2006 and has received the Congeniality Award at both Miss Arizona Teen America and Miss Virginia United States. Since 2014, Ariel has served as a judge and contestant coordinator for Miss United States and Miss World America in several states on the East Coast. Ariel's "hidden" talents include playing classical piano and the steel drums, riding horses and ballroom dancing. She gives her time frequently to charitable purposes, today serving as the Director of the B4ACUSA Foundation 501(C)3 organization including management of the Still She Rose mental health initiative.

Brittany served as Miss Earth USA 2015. During her successful competition at Miss Earth in Austria, she was named Miss Earth Water. During her one year as an international titleholder, Brittany represented Miss Earth during travels to Colombia, Sri Lanka, Puerto Rico, and multiple domestic visits. She has interviewed on Univision and appeared on the cover of Crowned Magazine. For seven years, Brittany has successfully performed as the master of ceremonies for Miss Earth USA national finals airing on the Dish Network and VIP Pageantry Network. She has placed twice in the Top 5 at Miss California USA and was awarded first runner up at Miss Hawaii USA. Brittany currently appears in an ad campaign for Queenly. In addition to overseeing production for Miss Earth USA national finals, Brittany serves on the Board of Directors and is a Co-Founder of the nonprofit organization Beauties for a Cause USA. Brittany most recently has lived in California, Hawaii, Florida and Germany working in the hospitality industry.

Joen now calls home to Arizona after living much of his life in Venezuela. Previously a regional license holder of Miss Earth USA, Joen steps into the national executive role of Creative Director. Joen is a Residential Real Estate Professional, combining his love for community, design and architecture with his background in mortgage. As an activist and volunteer, Joen has been involved for close to a decade with two non-profits organizations enhancing the lives of incredible humans: GiGi’s Playhouse Phoenix - an achievement center for individuals with down syndrome as well as one-n-ten, a development center serving and assisting LGBTQIA+ youth. Joen is known as the DIVO OF BEAUTY within the pageant industry. He has served as Coach, Director & Producer of several pageants since 2016. He considers himself a true witness of how positive and empowering the experience can be for all the contestants across the state, the country, and the world. In 2019 Joen founded DIVO Academy, a pageant development center for young women with the desire to compete in pageantry and become the best version of themselves.

Mara is the Owner of Vyral Media and Public Relations based in Miami. She is a mother, wife, successful professional model and public relations specialist. Mara enjoyed a career as a U.S National Volleyball Player. After over a decade of working in the fashion industry with Wilhelmina models, Mara became an international viral sensation after breast feeding her daughter Aria on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit runway. Her powerful statement made waves in the fashion industry, igniting a conversation around normalizing breast feeding and empowering mothers. She has rung the Nasdaq bell with United Nations for women empowerment, was named a Top 100 Changemaker, was a guest at NASA for their parenting initiative, and garnered over a billion impressions worldwide. Mara and Vyral Media have worked with Miss Earth USA since 2022, elevating the brand of Beauties for a Cause, connecting with new partners, events and media.
