For nearly 18 months, the pageant's nonprofit organization Beauties for a Cause has devoted an entire team of people to develop workbooks, seminars, social media campaigns and an ambassador program for #StillSheRose.

Still She Rose Co-Founder and Miss Earth USA National Director Laura Clark said that mental health and wellness have remained a priority for the organization's leadership. This influenced a partnership with BetterHelp to provide free counseling services to all pageant titleholders, directors, as well as their family and friends.
