Each year, Miss Earth USA state and national titleholders dedicate time to the official nonprofit extension the B4ACUSA Foundation - Beauties for a Cause.
Through annual fundraising campaign efforts, the program organizes at least one mission trip with the goal to impact a region affected by environmental issues. This year, Miss Earth USA chose to organize the annual mission to the Gulf Coast of Florida to serve a hard-hit community damaged by Hurricane Ian in 2022.
During this year's mission, ambassadors will visit the CROW - Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife to tour the animal hospital, learn about conservation efforts and how the hurricane impacted local wildlife. Additionally, they will participate in a beach cleanup through a partnership with The Clean Earth Project and Garbo Grabber. Finally, the ambassadors will get to experience ecotourism activities like kayaking the local rivers and lakes.

This year's volunteers include Danielle Mullins (Kentucky), Mikala Joly (Rhode Island), Gracie Pfaff (Tennessee), Angel Strong (Nebraska), Tram Mai (Georgia) and Ariel Sorensen (California). While only a few Ambassadors are able to serve their time on the annual mission team, we thank all titleholders and corporate partners who contributed to the cause. In addition to a concentrated mission trip, the nonprofit sector organizes community work during each national pageant, such as a cleanup in partnership with Keep Orlando Beautiful. Attendees look forward to the charity gala during national pageant activities to benefit various causes such as wildlife rescue and mental health.
Through the annual campaign funding, national titleholders often are able to dedicate more concerted efforts to mission work throughout their year of service, including swimming with manatees, volunteering at animal rehabilitation centers, attending Climate Reality and other leadership seminars, to name a few examples.
