Before she was 2023 Miss Earth USA, Danielle Mullins was Miss Kentucky Earth and held the Miss Louisville local title. The reigning national representative has been selected to appear alongside other local celebrities and professional dance coaches to raise money for charity on June 17.

According to the website, the seventh annual Let’s Dance Louisville (LDL) dance competition provides funding to provide 40,000 meals to hungry and homeless men, women, and children of Louisville, Kentucky.
Twelve home state celebrities were selected to the cast and have devoted weeks of dance rehearsals, costume selection and fundraising efforts. The event partners with The Sandefur Dining Room to provide meals to state residents who live in hunger.
"Our efforts will be able to feed the food insecure for the next 365 days," said Mullins. "It’s not just the homeless who come in looking for a meal or a place of shelter. I have volunteered in this soup kitchen and oftentimes, it’s our neighbors in here needing a meal."

Earlier this year, Mullins appeared frequently as a celebrity guest on the Kentucky Derby red carpet. She has been interviewed by all Louisville media outlets and continues to focus efforts in her home state, focusing on wildlife conservation and community cleanups.
In December, Mullins will represent the United States at the 23rd annual Miss Earth competition in Vietnam.

The Miss Earth USA organization includes five competition divisions for ages 5 and older. With state pageant preliminaries taking place in Summer 2023, the next national pageant will be held on December 31, 2023.
Miss Earth USA has consistently been ranked to the top of pageantry in the United States and Miss Earth is known as a Top 3 worldwide pageant, based in the Philippines. The program emphasizes their motto Beauties for a Cause, impacting environmental issues around the country while also integrating a mental health and wellness initiative for all women and girls.
